About
I've been building software for twenty years. I started as a developer in Ukraine, moved to Sydney in 2010, co-founded a couple of things, ran tech at a few agencies, and ended up in developer relations — first at Block.one, now at Hashgraph for Hedera ecosystem. I moved to the US in 2020 and live in Virginia.
Most of the job is leadership now. I run the Americas Developer Advocacy/Solutions Architecture team — hiring, coaching, working with product and engineering on what developers actually need, and figuring out which programs are worth the investment.
